- Attend daily production and quality, audit meetings as and when required at Customer.
- Support the Manufacturing plants with sort and rework at Customer.
- Support by reworking parts at the customer
- Confirm all Customer Reports and Quality Alerts
- Follow through with ISIR submission to the customer
- Investigate each claim with incident reports
- NQF Educational level N6/ Diploma/Degree in Quality
- Educational qualification: TQM / Auditing Certificate
- Min. 2 years’ experience within the automotive manufacturing environment
- Min. 5 years’ experience in the production environment
- Extensive Technical background
