Our client seeks the expertise of a Project Manager with Engineering solutions experience. At least 8+ years Project management experience and at least 5+ years as a Manager.

Salary: Highly negotiable salary – depends on experience and qualifications

Requirements:
Relevant B. Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification (Essential)
Project Management diploma or certificate (Essential)
Minimum 8 years’ project management experience
At least 5 years’ leadership experience
Proven experience in the Engineering / steel / mining industry
Experience managing cross-functional, strategic projects

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple steel-related projects.
Oversee stakeholder relationships and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
Lead project meetings and develop project dashboards.
Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.
Establish project governance, prioritise initiatives, and implement best practices.
Review and improve processes for efficient project delivery.
Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with business leads.
Track progress, prepare status reports, and present to senior management.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal risk.
