An exciting new wellness emporium is launching in the heart of St Francis Bay, and our client is looking for a polished and professional Wellness Retail Manager to lead the opening of their boutique store.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a confident and service-driven individual with retail experience in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors. If you're passionate about holistic health and love guiding customers on their wellness journeys, this could be your next big step.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and a small team
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences
Maintain a welcoming, professional retail environment
Support wellness product sales and customer guidance

Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 4 years’ retail experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, or wellness
Knowledge of the beauty industry (an advantage)
Energetic, well-groomed, and confident in a client-facing role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate about natural wellness products
Able to work retail hours and manage a boutique space
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Offer:
Salary: R18,000 – R23,000, plus commission
