We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to fill a half-day temporary position from now until the end of December for our client based in North-End Port Elizabeth. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp to collect weekly orders
  • Printing labels for outgoing orders
  • Booking courier services
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Assisting walk-in customers
  • Providing occasional support in other areas of the business, such as packing orders
Requirements:
  • Computer literate
  • Polite, friendly, and professional manner
Preferred but Not Essential:
  • Previous experience in an office environment
