What you will be doing: 

• Lead financial strategy and planning across the group
• Oversee finance heads of subsidiary companies
• Drive acquisitions, including bolt-on integrations and mergers
• Secure funding from banks and investors, leveraging strong networks
• Provide strategic insight and forward-thinking solutions to the board
• Ensure effective risk management, compliance, and governance
• Guide financial reporting and long-term investment strategies

What we are looking for: 

• Registered CA(SA) 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Financial Director or Senior CA, preferably in manufacturing
• Ambitious, energetic, and highly driven individual 
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills
• Experience managing finance within a group of companies 
• Experience in listed companies (not essential)
• Expertise in acquisitions, mergers, and bolt-on transactions
• Ability to raise funding and maintain strong investor/banking networks
