- Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.
- Maintain product identification and location program.
- Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them.
- Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits and Stock Adjustments, for authorization and approval.
- Track and report non-conforming product.
- Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.
- Document damaged product.
- Matric or Higher Certificate/Diploma in Inventory & Stores will be advantageous
- 3-5 Year’s Experience in an Automotive environment and relevant warehouse experience within the last 5 years
- Experience with Cycle counting/inventory
- Valid Forklift License
- Good computer skills –MS Word; MS Excel and Email, WMS and BAAN experience will be advantageous
- Co-ordinate Engineering Change Dates and parts with Material Planners
- Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in a demanding environment
- Excellent administrative skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical ability
- Quick learner and passionate
- Strong organization skills
- Good attention to detail
