We are seeking a Senior Administrator/Receptionist for our client in the Automotive/Manufacturing industry based in Gqeberha.

Duties:
  • Reception & General Support
  • Finance and HR Administration
  • Inventory Control – Groceries and Stationery
  • Data Entry and Record Maintenance
  • Administrative and Project Support to Management
  • Monitoring of Time and Attendance Systems
  • Assistance with Recruitment, Testing, and Onboarding of New Employees
  • Management and Updating of Company Vehicle License Information
  • Diesel Usage Tracking and Reconciliation
  • Recording and Maintaining Internal Training Records
Skills Required:
  • Administrative, Finance, or Related Qualification
  • Minimum of 5–7 Years’ Experience in a Senior Administrative Role
  • Extensive Experience with Microsoft Office, with Strong Excel Skills (Intermediate Level or Higher)
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Both Verbal and Written
  • Trustworthy and Reliable
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Able to Perform Well Under Pressure
  • Capable of Working Independently with Minimal Supervision
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities
  • Skilled at Prioritizing Tasks Effectively
