What you will be doing: 

• Lead and deliver special finance projects aligned with business objectives
• Manage all aspects of insurance accounting, including policy administration and claims tracking
• Prepare and oversee annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Support month-end close and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support leadership decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial systems and processes

What we are looking for: 

• Qualified accountant (CIMA / BCom) with strong technical and analytical expertise
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and FP&A
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively across departments
