We are a Ballito-based group of companies with a very diverse interest. We develop and manage a huge property portfolio in and around Durban, Umhlanga and Ballito, as well as Mauritius.

 

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal Chief Operations Officer located in Ballito. The Principal Chief Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, implementing business plans, and developing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. The role involves managing budgets, performing financial analysis, and ensuring the company's operations align with strategic goals. The individual will also work closely with other executives and stakeholders to build and maintain productive business relationships.

 

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Planning and Operations Management
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance or Business law
• Expertise in Budgeting and financial management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
• 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
• Master's Degree
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
