Job Description
Collaborative finance team with a focus on integrity and growth, ethical working environment. Looking for a Assistant Financial Manager.

What you will be doing:
- Coordinate daily financial operations with the Head of Finance
 - Assist with budgeting and forecasting
 - Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly
 - Manage accounts payable, receivable, and ledger processes
 - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
 - Support financial audits and liaise with external auditors
 - Maintain accurate financial records
 - Assist with cash flow and expense tracking
 - Improve compliance frameworks and internal controls
 - Support implementation of financial systems and procedures
 
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
 - Completed SAICA (AGA) or SAIPA articles
 - Solid understanding of financial principles and IFRS for SMEs
 - Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, and financial controls
 - Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero)
 - Strong organizational and communication skills
 - Ability to manage multiple priorities
