Wedding Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and organised Wedding Coordinator to join our team in Groot Brak Rivier. The ideal candidate will ensure every couple’s special day runs smoothly - from planning and preparation to the final celebration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their vision, budget, and preferences.

• Coordinate all aspects of the wedding, including décor, catering, logistics, and entertainment.

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and venue staff to ensure smooth execution.

• Manage timelines, schedules, and on-the-day coordination.

• Handle last-minute changes or issues calmly and professionally.

• Maintain the highest standards of service and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience in event or wedding coordination.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to remain composed under pressure.

• Must reside in or near Groot Brak Rivier, or be willing to relocate immediately.

• Immediate start required.
