UX Product Designer (CPT/JHB Hybrid)

ENVIRONMENT:

CREATE intuitive, visually appealing, and functional designs that solve real-world problems and delight users as the next UX Product Designer sought by an innovative FinTech platform. You will shape the user experience of digital products from concept to implementation, conducting user research, creating wireframes & prototypes while designing and validating designs. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex problems, and has a strong portfolio showcasing their design process. You will require 3+ years of experience in Product or UX/UI Design, proficiency in tools like Figma or Sketch, and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles. You'll need excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in an agile environment.

 

DUTIES:

• Conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems, participate in design critiques, and validate designs through prototyping and A/B Testing.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ Years of experience in Product or UX/UI Design.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma or Sketch.
• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
