Sales Manager – Educational Furniture, Toys & Packaging
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and develop our non-retail sales activities across educational furniture, educational toys, and packaging solutions. This is a hybrid role combining strategic sales management with time spent in the field supporting key accounts and driving growth.
The Role
This position is based 1–2 days per week in the office, with the remainder of the time spent on the road meeting clients and supporting the sales function. You will be responsible for managing sales performance, developing strategy, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies across all product categories
- Drive new business development while nurturing key existing accounts
- Support field sales activity through client visits and relationship management
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and reporting
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and delivery
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
About You
- Proven experience in a sales management role within educational furniture, educational toys, packaging, or related B2B sectors
- Strong understanding of the relevant markets and customer buying behaviours
- An established customer base or existing customer lists within these sectors
- Demonstrated ability to grow and leverage relationships to drive revenue
- Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills
- Commercially focused with a strategic mindset
- Highly organised and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Full driving licence required
