My client in the Retail industry is looking for a super organised and responsible Logistics Co-ordinator to join their team.  Their offices are based in an Office Park in Ndabeni, Cape Town.

Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of orders, working with different couriers, Uber and delivery drivers
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Reviewing purchase orders and checking orders before it leaves the facility
• Ensuring that invoices are done properly and paid in full before the items are getting picked up
• Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
• Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized

Requirements:

• Cape Town based
• Super organised and neat
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent organization, time management, problem-solving, communication (written & verbal), multitasking, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency with logistics software
• Comfortable working in the cannabis industry
