Duties including but not limited to:
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is often preferred.
- An interest in accounting and bookkeeping.
Skills
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Afrikaans and English.
- Organizational Skills: Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer Service Orientation: Friendly and professional demeanour; able to handle inquiries and complaints where required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers).
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests and clients, providing a positive first impression.
- Phone Management: Answering and directing phone calls efficiently.
- Scheduling: Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Data Entry: Maintaining and updating client records, invoicing, bank reconciliations
- Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as filing and document preparation. Provide relevant support and assistance to department managers and co-employees. Perform any other task, not specified herein, which from time to time may be assigned by the manager
- Team player: Actively participate as a member of the team.
- Cleaning staff: Ensure cleaning and housekeeping standards are maintained.
