New Vehicle Sales Manager

An established car dealership in the Upper Highway area is seeking a dynamic, results-driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive overall dealership performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and market share growth
- Implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions
- Monitor daily sales activities, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, OEM standards, and industry regulations
-Maintain excellent customer relationships and handle escalated sales queries
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales staff to maximize individual and team performance
- Work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure seamless operations

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric qualification (relevant tertiary qualification advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in new vehicle sales
- At least 3 years’ experience in a senior or management role within vehicle sales
- Proven track record of leading and managing successful sales teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a hands-on management approach
- Valid driver’s license

Remuneration & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: R30 000 – R35 000 (negotiable based on skills and experience) + Fuel / Petrol Card + Company Vehicle + Provident Fund + Medical Aid + Commission & Performance Bonuses
