- Assist in supervising and guiding warehouse staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Support inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock accurately
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the warehouse
- Assist in organizing workflow to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Train and mentor junior staff where required
- 2-3 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Basic leadership or supervisory experience (even on a small team)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
