Dynamic financial services team, part of a global group of companies, seeks an Payments Operations Assistant for their banking business, who has international payments / Swift experience. What you will be doing: 

• Accurately and timeously process cross‑border payments.
• Verify payment details and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Resolve payment‑related issues and respond to daily client queries
• Reconcile and maintain client records and transaction data
• Ensure all relevant documentation is complete and correctly stored
• Prepare payment reports and summaries
• Manage client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Support payment‑related concerns and collaborate with the Case Management team
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Maintain, implement, and enhance compliance and control processes
• Work with team members to streamline and improve operational workflows

What we are looking for: 

• BCom degree or Diploma in finance, business, or related field
• Experience in financial services or the banking sector
• Knowledge of international and cross‑border payments, including basic SWIFT understanding
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
