Junior Analyst - Trade Closing

Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a global alternative investment manager within the private credit space, seeking a Trade Closing Analyst to join their credit operations team.

This role supports loan and bond trading activity across international markets and sits within a global operations function.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full trade lifecycle for loans and bonds from trade date to settlement
• Process trade confirmations, transfer certificates and pricing letters
• Settle LMA Par and Distressed loan trades and bond transactions
• Identify and resolve trade breaks with internal teams and external counterparties
• Maintain accurate trade data across relevant systems
• Monitor aged and unsettled trades
• Process amendments and corporate actions

Experience Required

• 1–3 years’ experience in fixed income middle office or trade operations
• Exposure to loan and/or bond settlement processes
• Syndicated loan or corporate bond processing experience (advantageous)
• Knowledge of LMA and/or LSTA documentation
• Experience with WSO (Wall Street Office) and/or ClearPar
