We’re looking for a commercially-minded Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic group finance team. This is a high-impact role where your insights will shape business decisions across multiple units.

What the role is about
You’ll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and driving profitability across a portfolio of business units. Your financial insights will help guide operational decisions and support sustainable growth.

 

What you’ll be doing

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles
• Partner with business unit heads to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations
• Drive ROI analysis and performance tracking
• Own financial reporting, risk analysis, and scenario planning
• Review and improve financial processes, cost models, and reporting tools
• Act as the key liaison between finance and operations
• Manage a small team and support their development

What we’re looking for

• CA(SA) – not negotiable
• 9 years’ experience in accounting and financial management
• 3+ years’ experience in management accounting and leadership roles
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset
• Skilled in Excel and financial modelling
• Confident communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholders
