Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Developer to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions in line with business requirements. This role is based in Sandton, primarily on-site with flexibility for limited remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Desing, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Develop and maintain workflows, scripts, integrations, and automation within the ServiceNow platform
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing ServiceNow solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT Teams, and vendors to gather and implement requirements
- Provide technical documentation and support for developed solutions
- Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing platform support
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow upgrades, features, and industry best practices
Minimum Requirements
- +- 5 years’ experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Development Certification
- IT Degree or Diploma
- 10 years general IT experience
- Strong experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and integrations
