General Manager Operations (MMC/ Hard Rock/ Underground Mining) – South Africa
- Tertiary qualification (BSc, BTech, or National Higher Diploma) in Mining Engineering or Geology.
- Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (essential).
- Registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (advantageous).
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in underground hard rock mining, including at least 5 years at Mine Manager level.
- Strong knowledge of underground mining methods, equipment, and technology.
- Proven leadership, people management, and decision-making capability.
- Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in mining and office software.
- Valid Code B driver’s licence and English proficiency.
