This is a brand-new role designed for someone who can take ownership of finding and generating high-quality leads at scale through outbound channels such as LinkedIn and email marketing. The successful candidate will play a key role in feeding their advisors and sales team with a steady inflow of qualified leads, helping drive business growth and strengthen market presence.
DUTIES:
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Within the first 90 days, you will have:
- Established a consistent and scalable lead generation pipeline
- Demonstrated the ability to generate a solid inflow of qualified leads
- Integrated key lead platforms into your daily workflow
- Built strong working rhythms with advisors and sales teams
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise lead generation platforms and tools
- Build and maintain ongoing lead flow systems
- Research and target prospects across LinkedIn and other digital channels
- Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email and digital platforms
- Track and report on lead performance and conversion metrics
- Continuously improve outreach strategies and techniques
Typical Day/Week in This Role
A typical week involves:
- Overseeing the performance of lead platforms
- Planning and executing lead outreach campaigns
- Monitoring lead inflows and adjusting tactics based on results
- Communicating with advisors and sales personnel to align priorities
- Most of your time will be dedicated to building, improving, and scaling lead sources and outreach systems.
