We’re hiring a high-calibre Private Equity Associate / Senior Associate to drive the full investment lifecycle — from deal origination and execution to portfolio value creation and strategic exits.

 

This is a hands-on role for a commercially sharp professional with strong financial modelling, transaction execution, and portfolio management experience, ideally within Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, manage complex transactions, and deliver strong IRR and sustainable impact across portfolio companies.

 

Ideal profile:

• Honours in Finance / Commerce / Actuarial Science
• CA(SA), CFA or MBA preferred
• 4–5 years relevant deal experience
• Advanced financial modelling & commercial acumen
