Our Client is a leading Web3 product and development partner, specialising in fintech, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, and institutional-grade systems. They are seeking a hands-on technical leader responsible for platform stability, architectural governance, and disciplined delivery in a Web3/fintech environment. This role ensures the platform runs smoothly while managing developers and mitigating technical risk.  This role is Ideal for: A pragmatic, delivery-focused leader who values stability and can bridge technical execution with business goals.

DUTIES: 

• Own technical operations, delivery timelines, and platform stability.
• Act as architecture gatekeeper and solution designer.
• Manage and mentor developers.
• Reduce single-point-of-failure risk through knowledge sharing.
• Partner with external Web3 specialists as needed.
• Uphold fintech-grade reliability standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have: Web3/crypto/blockchain experience.
• Tech stack: Node.js v18, Express.js, React.js.
• 5+ years in technical leadership or architecture roles.
• Strong operational mindset; calm under pressure.
• Comfortable enforcing standards and rejecting unstable changes.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
