THE OPPORTUNITY
Free Me South Africa (Pty) Ltd (FMSA) is a specialist workforce risk intelligence firm transforming industrial safety, productivity, and human capital protection.
We are seeking a high-performing, executive-level Sales Executive to penetrate Transport, Logistics, and Manufacturing markets. This is not a standard sales role—your ability to influence C-Suite executives and Union leadership will directly translate into unlimited commission-based earnings.
Monthly targets are a formality. Your income is only limited by your ability to close high-value industrial agreements.
ROLE FOCUS
- Stakeholder Engagement: Directly engage executives, operational managers, and union leaders to position FMSA’s solutions as essential for operational safety, workforce wellbeing, and ESG compliance.
- Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities, negotiate, and close complex multi-stakeholder agreements with measurable business impact.
- Market Penetration: Map industrial organizations, unlock entry points, and drive scalable adoption of FMSA solutions.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experience: 5+ years in Transport, Logistics, or Manufacturing with proven union engagement.
- Sales Track Record: History of exceeding targets and closing complex industrial deals.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional ability to navigate union negotiations and present at executive level.
- Mobility: Travel-ready, own transport, valid driver’s license.
- Language Advantage: English required; additional local languages (isiZulu, isiXhosa, Sesotho, Afrikaans) a plus.
