Mechanical Designer/Draughtsman

Our client, a well-established and progressive engineering company, based in Paarl, seeks to employ an efficient, detailed mechanical machine designer/draughtsman, with a good background in lifting equipment, to join their progressive design team

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION

• You will have a tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering, coupled with 3-5 years experience in design and draughting of machinery used in the FMCG or lifting equipment sector

• You will have solid experience in manufacturing process, demonstrate the ability to produce accurate and high quality designs, as well as detailing and creating BOMs and facilitating the manufacturing process.

• You must be a team player, be creative and accurate in your calculations, as well as being a good commutator

• You must have a valid driver's license, a clear credit and criminal record and your own reliable vehicle
