Graphic Designer

Job Description:

You’re not just making things “look good.” You’re shaping how critical safety technologies are understood, trusted, and used across industries like mining, tunneling, and emergency response. Every visual you create, whether it’s a product brochure, digital campaign, 3D render, or trade show display, plays a part in communicating solutions designed to protect people in high-risk environments.

In this role, you become a visual storyteller for complex engineering concepts. One day you might be translating technical specifications into clean, compelling infographics; the next, designing bold campaign visuals that capture attention in a global market. You collaborate closely with Engineers, Business Development Managers and the Operations department, turning intricate ideas into clear, engaging design.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro)
• Experience in creating 3D renders for manufacturing and sales materials using Keyshot or similar
• Advanced video production and editing skills
• Knowledge of motion graphics programs such as After Effects
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Canva, Hootsuite, etc)
• An understanding of web design and development (HTML/CSS/WordPress) would be advantageous
• Knowledge of UX/UI and web design
• Data driven design experience such as A/B testing and Google Analytics would be helpful
• Ability to maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all media
• Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and eternal vendors to execute creative projects
