Senior Baker

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of products including bread, pastries, and confectionery
• Ensure consistent product quality and presentation standards
• Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering of ingredients
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
• Supervise and support junior bakery staff where required
• Ensure equipment is used and maintained correctly
• Assist with production planning to meet customer demand

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant retail or FMCG experience (non-negotiable)
• Proven baking experience in a commercial or retail bakery environment
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
