Junior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management and growth of sales within the business
• Drive revenue through effective customer engagement and upselling
• Supervise and support sales staff on the floor
• Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving targets
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Assist with merchandising, stock control, and store operations
• Compile basic sales reports and provide feedback to management

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant retail or FMCG experience (non-negotiable)
• Proven ability to work in a sales-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good numerical and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
