Marketing Coordinator Observatory Cape Town
Our Client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations. This role works closely with internal teams (sales, product, design) and external suppliers.

Min Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications/Business or similar.
- 3 years’ experience in a marketing assistant/coordinator role (or strong internship experience).
- Social tools: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, tools Hootsuite/Buffer/Later).
- Email/CRM: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce (varies by company).
- Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, basic Excel/Google Sheets.
- CMS: WordPress/Webflow or similar.
Key responsibilities
- Campaign & project coordination
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across channels (digital, email, social, events, PR, in-store/field as relevant).
- Digital marketing support
- Content & collateral – Coordinate creation of marketing content (blogs, case studies, brochures, product sheets, presentations).
- Events & activations – Support planning and execution of events, expos, launches, webinars, and partner activations.
- Compile weekly/monthly performance reports (lead volumes, web traffic, email performance, campaign results).
