- Contribute to strategic planning and engineering capability development
- Tertiary Engineering qualification
- Proven engineering leadership experience in mining, heavy industry, or infrastructure
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks and technical standards
- Demonstrated team leadership and project management capability
- Eligibility for membership or registration with Engineers Australia
- Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering environments
- Valid passport
- Skills assessment (TRA or equivalent, depending on country of origin)
- Academic degree certificates and transcripts
- English language test results (IELTS/PTE or equivalent)
