- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and/or industrial equipment
- Conduct fault-finding, diagnostics, and troubleshooting on rotating and static plant
- Support shutdowns, breakdown response, and scheduled maintenance activities
- Work with maintenance management systems (CMMS) for job tracking and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards
- Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with engineers and operations teams to improve equipment reliability
- Recognised Mechanical Trade / Technician qualification (essential)
- 3–5 years industrial, mining, or heavy maintenance experience
- Experience with rotating and/or static equipment maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability
- Exposure to CMMS systems (SAP preferred)
- Ability to work in safety-critical, high-performance environments
- Basic ability to read technical drawings and maintenance documentation
- Valid passport
- Skills assessment (TRA or equivalent, depending on country of origin)
- Academic and trade certificates
- English language test results (IELTS/PTE or equivalent)
