Our client selling of products/equipment in Bellville is looking for a Handson Sales Manager to manage 10 sales reps. Manage a small sales team and be very involved in the company’s operations, 3 different sales divisions and sell B2B and B2C. You need sales management experience from a showroom/warehouse, online and B2B.

Salary Market Related plus incentives and commissions

Min Requirements

• 5 years senior sales experience B2B and B2C essential – Products or Equipment
• Ability to Manage 10 sales reps and be very active and hands-on
• Must have experience and technical / electrical background of technical equipment
• Electrical/Technical abilities to understand the equipment and clients specifications
• Own Car and driver’s license (mostly an office-based job)
• Proven track record of achieving and scaling revenue targets
• Experience managing multiple sales functions or channels
• Use of Sales Force Software – an added bonus

 Main Responsibilities

• You will manage, drive and motivate staff to sell its products and equipment to B2B
• Manage 10 sales reps nationally and need to focus on SME’s and not corporates
• Develop and manage short, medium and long sales growth plans
• Ensure the sales department generates the revenue required to support overall company growth and infrastructure scaling.
• Evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and product performance to guide strategic direction.
