JOB TITLE: Sales & Service Consultant

LOCATIONS: Gauteng (with travel to Limpopo)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, with extensive travel

SALARY: Basic salary + commission + pension + life cover + income protector + severe illness cover (to be discussed – market-related)

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated Sales & Service Consultants to join our team. The role involves targeting micro-lenders to offer integrated insurance products, training staff on these products, and continuously servicing clients who use our offerings.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Identify and engage micro-lending businesses to present our integrated insurance products

● Train client staff on product features, benefi ts, and claims processes

● Provide ongoing service and support to existing clients

● Maintain regular communication with line manager regarding daily plans, whereabouts, and results

● Work independently while representing the brand professionally

REQUIREMENTS

● Education: Minimum Grade 12

● Driver's License: Essential

● Own Reliable Car: Required (business travel and accommodation fully covered)

● Languages: Multilingual (ability to communicate in multiple local languages is highly advantageous)

● Personality: Extroverted, mature, responsible, and able to self-manage

● Willingness to travel: Extensively across the country, including rural/remote areas

● Experience: Experience in the micro-lending industry is extremely advantageous

● Key competencies:
○ Verbalises well and communicates clearly
○ High aptitude to learn
○ Ability to teach and adapt when training isn't immediately effective
○ Comfortable delivering training both online and in person

WORKING CONDITIONS

● Regular travel within assigned region (Gauteng to Limpopo)

● Accommodation and travel expenses paid by the company
