Appointment Setter / B2B Sales Hunter – Business Technology Solutions (JHB)

ENVIRONMENT:

A growing Business Technology Solutions provider is looking for a driven Appointment Setter / B2B Sales Hunter to generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calling. This is a pure hunter role focused on opening doors, getting past gatekeepers, and booking qualified appointments for the external sales team.

DUTIES:

Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to business clients

Identify decision-makers and generate qualified sales opportunities

Get past gatekeepers and build prospect pipelines

Book appointments for the senior sales team

Maintain accurate CRM updates and activity reporting

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

1–3 years’ experience in outbound telesales, appointment setting, or B2B sales

Proven experience in a cold-calling environment

Strong communication, resilience, and objection-handling ability

Comfortable spending the day on the phone generating opportunities

Experience in call centre, office automation, telecoms, IT, or business services advantageous.
