Our client a leading South African Restaurant and Hospitality Wholesaler supplying meat and other food products is urgently looking for the expertise of a Client Liaison Officer to join their team.

Duties:

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel.
• Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
• Alerting sales team opportunities for further sales within key client.
• Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
• Attending client relationships target and KPI’s set by the Commercial Director.
• Working closely with sales representatives.
• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by client.
• Carrying out client satisfaction and surveys and reviews.
• Updating management and ensuring sales representatives are aware of changes within clients.
• Passing leads to the sales team and following up with progress.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Any food related qualifications
• Relevant marketing, food industry and catering experience
• Contract catering background will be an advantage
• Any food related qualification
• Hotel/restaurant experience
• Driver’s license and own transport essential

 Salary

R20,000 per month CTC and the use of the company vehicle for client visits
