Working Hours

• Dinner service shift
• Monday to Sunday roster basis
• Typical shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Minimum Requirements

• Hospitality qualification advantageous
• Alternatively, minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience preparing pizza, pasta, and grill dishes advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications
• Assist with pizza, pasta, grill, and general kitchen preparation
• Ensure food quality and presentation standards are maintained
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Assist with stock control and ingredient management
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Work effectively as part of the kitchen team during busy service periods
