Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Service & Maintenance Crew Operators for potential international employment opportunities across Australia's underground hard rock mining sector. We are inviting Expressions of Interest from mining professionals with underground service crew experience who may be interested in future opportunities supporting production and development operations within large-scale underground mines.

This Expression of Interest is intended to establish a talent pool for upcoming vacancies with underground mining contractors and owner-operated mines. Successful candidates may be considered for employer-sponsored opportunities subject to project requirements, workforce planning, and immigration eligibility criteria.Candidates should have previous underground mining experience and be comfortable working in remote FIFO environments.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair underground mine services and infrastructure
• Install and maintain air, water, pumping, and ventilation systems
• Support communications and electrical reticulation installations
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on underground services
• Perform pre-start checks on vehicles, mobile plants, and equipment
• Assist production, development, and charge-up crews as required
• Maintain compliance with site safety standards and operating procedures

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Minimum 3–5 years' underground hard rock mining experience
• Previous Service Crew experience within an mining environment
• Current Working at Heights certification
• Valid driver's license
• Experience installing and maintaining underground ventilation, pumping, and service infrastructure
• Strong understanding of underground mining safety systems and procedures
• Ability to work FIFO rosters in remote mining environments

• Valid passport
• Updated CV/resume
• Employment reference letters
• Mining competency certificates and licenses where relevant
• English language test results (IELTS/PTE where required)
• Police clearance certificates and medical examinations as required
