Legal Officer Centurion Pretoria
Our corporate global client in Engineering / Construction is looking for a Legal Officer to assist with corporate, matters reviewing and preparation of documentations, contracts and commercial law.
Salary Negotiable
Min Requirements
- Commercial Law Degree (LLB & preferably an admitted attorney).
- 3-4 years post-article experience or 5 years’ experience in a corporate commercial role.Knowledge of global engineering contracts
Key Responsibilities
- Processing of general queries in terms of contract, commercial, corporate, and statutory law and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a range of client contracts.
- Advising on general commercial and legal matters within the Divisions and Business Units.
- Assisting with Company Secretarial affairs as and where required by the Group Legal & Company Secretary.
