Legal Officer Centurion Pretoria
Our corporate global client in Engineering / Construction is looking for a Legal Officer to assist with corporate, matters reviewing and preparation of documentations, contracts and commercial law.
Salary Negotiable
Min Requirements
Commercial Law Degree (LLB & preferably an admitted attorney).
3-4 years post-article experience or 5 years’ experience in a corporate commercial role.Knowledge of global engineering contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Processing of general queries in terms of contract, commercial, corporate, and statutory law and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a range of client contracts.
Advising on general commercial and legal matters within the Divisions and Business Units.
Assisting with Company Secretarial affairs as and where required by the Group Legal & Company Secretary.
