Key Responsibilities

 

Casino Operations

 

  • Manage the online casino portfolio, ensuring a diverse and competitive gaming offering.
  • Oversee the successful launch of new games and promotional content.
  • Analyse game performance, player behaviour, and market trends to optimise the casino offering.
  • Ensure an exceptional player experience across desktop and mobile platforms.

Promotions & Player Engagement

 

  • Plan and execute promotions, tournaments, bonuses, and campaigns to drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies for targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise return on investment (ROI).

Customer Acquisition & Retention

 

  • Work closely with Marketing and CRM teams to grow the player base.
  • Develop customer retention, loyalty, and VIP programmes.
  • Enhance customer lifetime value through effective engagement strategies.

Performance & Reporting

 

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, player activity, churn, and profitability.
  • Prepare management reports and provide data-driven recommendations to improve casino performance.

Compliance & Risk Management

 

  • Ensure compliance with applicable gaming regulations and responsible gambling requirements.
  • Monitor fraud prevention and platform security.
  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party game providers and partners.

 Leadership

 

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CRM, Technology, Customer Support, and Compliance teams.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across casino operations.

Minimum Requirements

 

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an Online Casino Management or iGaming Operations
  • Strong knowledge of online casino products, player lifecycle management, and CRM.
  • Experience managing casino promotions, bonuses, and loyalty programmes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring KPIs and commercial performance.
  • Knowledge of responsible gambling and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
