Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and provide legal advice on Finance, Corporate, and Commercial matters

Draft and review commercial contracts, corporate documentation, and legal agreements

Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal opinions and memoranda

Support M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and due diligence processes

Handle litigation support and dispute resolution matters where required

Maintain accurate file documentation and ensure compliance with relevant legislation

Meet fee-earning targets and billing requirements

Contribute to business development initiatives
