Key Responsibilities

Design and implement legal technology solutions and automation workflows

Analyse legal processes and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains

Configure and optimise legal practice management systems

Develop legal templates, automated documents, and standardised processes

Support implementation of contract management and matter management systems

Conduct user training and provide technical support to legal teams

Maintain legal technology infrastructure and troubleshoot system issues

Manage data quality and system integrity across legal platforms

Prepare reports on legal operations metrics and system performance

Liaise with IT and external technology vendors

Contribute to legal innovation initiatives and digital transformation projects

Document processes and create user guides and standard operating procedures
