Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud settings and business unit configurations

• Monitor platform health, sending limits, and configuration across various channels

• Manage connected apps, API integrations, and data sync

• Design, build, and optimise customer journeys within Marketing Cloud

• Apply audience segmentation and personalisation within journeys

• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics

• Identify underperforming journeys and diagnose root causes

• Design and run structured A/B and multivariate tests

• Translate performance data into business-language recommendations

• Design and manage Data Cloud unified customer profiles and data objects

• Oversee data ingestion and data quality

• Build and maintain audience segments and personalisation frameworks

• Configure and manage Data Cloud Flow for real-time journey orchestration

• Enforce POPIA compliance and maintain data governance

• Train and support marketing team members on tools and processes

• Maintain documentation and SOPs

• Act as liaison between business, marketing, and IT teams
