Job Description

EMPLOYEE’S DUTIES / GENERAL TASK DESCRIPTION: INTERNAL FINANCE MANAGER.

 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Ensuring business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles;

• Acting as support for Transfer Pricing, including management of invoices and agreements;

 

• Assisting with the annual audit process, including gathering of support and of explanations on a timely basis;

• Monthly reviews support and working closely with internal finance team members to assist with the month-end close;

• Preparation of VAT calculations and returns of your allocated group entities;

• Monthly processing and reviewing of your allocated group entities;

• Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for your allocated group entities, including processing scheduled payment runs and ad hoc payments.

• Undertaking additional tasks and responsibilities within the scope of the finance function as

may be assigned from time to time.
