Senior Category Manager Somerset West Cape Winelands
Our luxury brand client is looking for a Senior Category Manager with experience in the premium lifestyle / luxury retail products. In addition, experience with Logility is essential. Familiarity with ERP platform (D365) would be an added advantage.

Min Requirements
- Matric and a Bcom Degree in Supply Management or similar
- 5-7 years plus experience as a category manager from a luxury lifestyle brand
- Extensive Merchandise and buying experience
- Brand Management experience
- Experience with Logility essential
- Familiar with ERP Platform D365 an added bonus
- Worked on Power Bi tools
- Worked for a premium lifestyle brand
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar ecommerce platforms.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, brand understanding, and customer insight
Responsibilities
- Buying and Merchandising enable a smoother and faster integration into the business.
- Strategic merchandise planning and Demand forecasting
- Inventory Optimisation, stock management and range building
- Supplier management, engagement and commercial analysis
- Work on Power Bi to gain analyst and reporting information to use for planning
- Planning and Demand
- Product launching and merchandising
- Pricing and Margin Management
- Demand and Sales forecasting
