MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS UNIT:

  • Implement Values of the organisation and of the Business Unit
  • Identify external sessions and facilitate BUs attendance for building capacity in Strategy and Business Intelligence
  • Compile your performance agreements in line with Business Units operational Plan and facilitate approval thereof
  • Compile your midyear performance review and facilitate for approval therefore
  • Compile your yearend performance assessments and facilitate from approval thereof
  • Initiate your training per your personal development plans with your line manager with HR support
  • Compile your financial disclosure and submit to your line manager for submission to HR.
  • Where grievances issues arise, report the concern in line with relevant organisation''''''''s grievances.


Business Units Project planning, Implementation and Reporting:

  • Contribute in the process of compiling business units strategic planning documents
  • Compile performance report for the business unit and submit with evidence to the line manager for review and approval


Business Units compliance on government framework for strategic planning and monitoring, Reporting and Evaluation:

  • Contribute to the process for ensuring that the Busines Unit obtains Clean AG audit report with no material findings for FY20/.
  • Ensure that the Subunit mitigates outstanding AG audit findings and related root causes for prior years.
  • Ensure that there should be no material findings arising from internal audit reports for FY20.
  • Ensure that the sub unite mitigate outstanding internal audit findings and related root causes for prior years.
  • Ensure that the subunit mitigate strategic risks for FY20/.
  • Contribute to the establishment and compilation of Business Units strategic and subunit operational risks
  • Manage Subunit risk register


Non-financial & financial performance: APP, Operational Plan & Allocated Budget:

  • Contribute per relevant areas of responsibility for Business Unit to achieve its APP plan targets for FY20/... Monthly and quarterly M&E reports will be used as the basis for assessment for the period under review.
  • Contribute per relevant areas of responsibility for the unit to achieve its operational plan targets for FY20/21. Monthly and quarterly M&E reports will be used as the basis for assessment for the period under review.
  • Facilitate activities for payment subunit invoices. Monthly and quarterly reports from the Finance will be used as the basis for assessment for the period under review.
