Field Service Technician (Bloemfontein Onsite)

• Meet monthly field service performance goals for client satisfaction, quality, productivity with key success metrics and targets.
• Responsible for taking complete ownership of all new installs, repairs and collections received to ensure good quality client satisfaction by closing feedback loop.
• Build, establish and maintain open lines of communication with fulfilment coordinator, peers, Call Centre, Product ops, BAM’s, Account Managers and other teams to facilitate problem solving.
• Improving TAT for Installs, repairs and collections.
• Reduce cost to serve.

• Matric.
• Relevant technical experience/qualification.

• Good understanding on how to prioritise work.
• Excellent communication.
• Well-organised and thorough, even when working under pressure.
• Problems/issues identification and solution development.
• Ability to confidently deal will people at all levels.
• Attention to detail.
• Manage the expectations of a very high demanding market.
• A team player who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment.
