Software Product Owner / Manager / BA

• Partner with senior management to define and refine the product vision and roadmap for internal business systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, prioritise features, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Become a domain expert on internal systems (such as Zoho Suite), as well as Cybersecurity products and general sales processes.
• Build a strong understanding of external system integrations.
• Manage the product backlog, keeping it organised, prioritised, and up to date.
• Build a strong, respect-driven relationship with the Development team.
• Work closely with Development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and user stories, as well as technical constraints.
• Drive testing and quality assurance activities.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of internal systems.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes.

• Experience in Business Process Analysis, Stakeholder Management, and Functional User Testing.
• You are a quick learner with a strong desire to expand your technical knowledge (experience with SQL is a plus, with a conceptual understanding of Ruby/Angular/MongoDB/Redis/Cloud Infrastructure/Kubernetes being advantageous).
• Experience working with complex business systems that integrating with multiple APIs.
• Experience managing multiple product backlogs is preferred.

• You possess a humble and collaborative spirit with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with Engineering teams. 
• A problem-solver, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach.
